Quinn is hiring a Senior Benefits & Wellness Administrator in City of Industry, California.


The Senior Benefits & Wellness Administrator will lead the company’s efforts in implementing a culture of health and well-being. The ideal candidate is energetic, has strong communication skills and a passion for healthy living and wellness education.


Essential duties and responsibilities of the Senior Benefits & Wellness Administrator include the following. Other duties may be assigned.


Benefits & Wellness Champion:

  • Responsible for the development, coordination, and implementation of health wellness initiatives and programs
  • Partner with benefits broker and medical carriers to leverage available programs and resources
  • Serve as the Wellness Champion and lead the Wellness Steering Committee, including coordination of meetings, advising and educating employees on wellness initiatives and programs
  • Coordinate and execute Wellness Programs, such as Health Assessments, Biometric Screenings, On-line Coaching, Condition/Case Management, Flu Shots, and other initiatives/goals created by the facilitation of the Wellness Committee
  • Lead promotional efforts and develop employee communication for wellness and fitness programs throughout the organization

Benefits Administration:

  • Develop and administer the employee benefits package, including health, life, disability, and retirement plans
  • Monitor compliance with laws and regulations related to benefits
  • Establish and maintain relationships with external vendors and providers and ensure procedures are followed to minimize costs
  • Provide guidance regarding benefits enrollment and utilization
  • Manage day-to-day benefits administration, including billing, enrollment, and changes
  • Design and execute employee communications relating to benefits
  • Monitor employee eligibility for benefits in accordance with company guidelines
  • Respond to inquiries, troubleshoot benefit issues, and resolve conflicts
  • Report benefits-related data and trends to senior leadership




Starting wage of the Senior Benefits & Wellness Administrator will depend on experience and education.  $35.00 - $40.00


Bachelor’s degree and 4 to 6 years related experience or the equivalent combination. Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Programs: Excel, Publisher, Power Point, and Word.
