Overview

Quinn is hiring a Equipment Finance Coordinator in City of Industry, California.

 

The Equipment Finance Coordinator will coordinate financing of equipment sales activities and provide administrative support, documentation and other paperwork by performing the following duties.

Wages

Starting wage for the Equipment Finance Coordinator will depend on experience and education. $21.06 - $26.11

Responsibilities

Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

 

•Achieve either personally or through collaboration with sales, credit, operations, and other employees at Quinn:

•Receive and process all credit applications and sales orders for equipment financing.  Verify accuracy and completeness off all applications submitted including customer information and transactional information.  Follow up with sales and operations team members to acquire any additional information required.

•Provide updates and feedback to sales team on status of deals submitted i.e.: approved, declined, conditioned, require more info for approval.  Follow up with Quinn and CatFi teams to assure transactions are completed in a timely manner.

•Review/Generate/Distribute Loan & Lease documents as requested in either paper or electronic form.  Confirm 100% accuracy of machine, customer, and finance information.  Complete preliminary review of completed docs when returned to Finance dept.  Upload invoices and required documentation to completed electronic documents prior to submittal.

•Provide Quotes or Finance Proposals to sales reps as requested, and assist with quoting finance rates and programs.

•Work with credit department to process new customer credit applications and account creation for both Quinn Company accounts and Cat Commercial/Citibank accounts.

•Maintain Daily/Weekly/Monthly Finance details on all transactions submitted via Microsoft Excel.  Use compiled data to ensure timely processing of all parts of transaction including submitting UCC filings as necessary for deals pending 15+ days after delivery.

•Manage record storage system for completed transactions by properly organizing and uploading scanned records to online storage database.

•Build and maintain working relationship with Quinn Co. employees as well as Caterpillar Sales and Finance reps to assist with processing of transactions.

Qualifications

One-year certificate from college or technical school and nine months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combinations of education and experience.
