Parts Counter - Region C

Quinn is hiring a Parts Counter Representative.

The Parts Counter Representative will be responsible for sales of Cat and other manufacturer parts to customers via phone, in person or email while achieving high level of customer satisfaction. 

Starting wage will depend on experience and education.

Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Utilize SIS 2.0 plus other non-Cat manuals to ascertain type and specification of parts. 
• Develop and maintain business relationships with customers and vendors to order and expedite the delivery of parts through telephone calls or sending emails to ensure quality customer service.
• Capable of professional greeting, understanding customer's needs, process orders accurately and deliver appropriate customer follow-up
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and have basic math skills
• Professionalism - Approaches others in a tactful manner; Reacts well under pressure; Treats others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position; Accepts responsibility for own actions; Follows through on commitments.

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and two years of Machine / Engine parts counter experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
