The Product Support Sales Specialist is responsible for creating and collaborating on strategic growth plans for Rebuild machines and components in our service areas. The person in this position will be responsible for researching and recommending Rebuild tactics for Caterpillar Machines both to internal and external customers. The Product Support Specialist will support our customers in the Metro Region.

Wages

Starting wage will depend on experience and education. We also offer a total compensation package in addition to base salary. 55,705 - 63,721 plus comission. 

Responsibilities

Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Lead collaboration and communication with stakeholders, leadership team, end-users, and internal teams to develop and execute Rebuild solutions.
  • Research and analyze Rebuild components to offer win-win outcomes for Quinn Group and customers.
  • Partner with Product Support Team and provide guidance on Caterpillar Rebuild request.
  • Develop and oversee business strategy for Rebuild division in alignment with company goals.
  • Create and oversee Rebuild metrics used to recommend Rebuild sales, goals, and projections.
  • Provide support to Sales Representatives as needed with client meetings and quotes.
  • Oversee account management, including but not limited, communication, site visits, quoting, scheduling, and maintaining positive relationships with customers.

 

 

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree preferred; Ten years of practical experience in related field with five years’ in account management experience is highly preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
