Quinn Rental Services is looking for a strategic Regional Operations Manager to lead 6-8 of our full-service rental locations. We need a dynamic leader who can optimize performance, develop top-tier talent, and ensure every branch in the region operates with excellence.

 

Wages

Starting wage will depend on experience and education $134,971 - $169,517. This position offers a total compensation package.

Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept It:

  • Drive Performance & Accountability: Dive into monthly operating statements, establish yearly budgets, and work closely with Branch Managers to identify and correct deficiencies, ensuring all locations achieve their financial and market share goals.

  • Lead & Inspire Your Teams: Recruit, develop, and mentor your rental staff, implementing robust training schedules and conducting timely performance reviews (PADS) to build the best team in the industry.

  • Be the On-Site Leader: Be a visible, hands-on presence in your region. Visit every branch at least twice per month and join your sales team on customer visits to maintain and build strong relationships.

  • Collaborate to Win: Partner closely with the General Manager, Sales Manager, Credit Manager, and HR to implement sales strategies, manage account DSOs, and proactively manage employee relations.

  • Execute Strategy: Maintain competitive and profitable rental rates, assist in equipment forecasting, and make effective presentations to customers, employees, and industry associations.

 

 

Qualifications

What You Need to Succeed:

  • A Bachelor's degree and 5-6 years of related experience, OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proven success in leading multi-unit, full-service branches, with a track record of optimizing performance and ensuring alignment with regional goals.
  • Strong financial and analytical skills, with the ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents and operating statements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable making presentations and solving practical problems in complex situations.
  • A collaborative leadership style with the ability to manage multiple variables and build positive, professional relationships across the business.
