What it Takes to Succeed
5+ years of proven leadership experience in a technical industry.
Essential Technical Acumen: Deep knowledge of heavy equipment, diesel engines, or a related industrial field is a must.
A strong track record of successfully managing a P&L statement and driving business growth.
