We’re searching for a Branch Manager II to lead a high-performing team, strengthen customer relationships, and drive business results within a defined branch territory.

Starting wage will depend on experience and education. $116,761 - $147,531

Responsibilities
Lead, motivate, and develop a multi-functional team to achieve business goals
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and internal partners
Maximize financial performance and manage the branch profit & loss portfolio
Ensure strategic alignment through clear, consistent communication
Travel regularly to customer locations; coach and mentor sales team members
Promote safe work practices and uphold all company policies and values
Champion value selling and teach these concepts to your team and customers
Analyze competitive landscape and identify opportunities for improvement
Reinforce Quinn’s strategic plan, culture, and values locally
Identify and mentor high-potential employees
Oversee facility maintenance and ensure a professional branch image
Strong business acumen with experience managing P&L performance
Proven leadership skills in motivating, developing, and retaining teams
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Strong planning, organizational, and sales skills
Ability to work effectively with people from diverse backgrounds
Solid understanding of the product support business
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required
College degree or 5 years of related industry experience
Minimum 5 years of industry experience
Management or supervisory experience required
