We’re searching for a Branch Manager II to lead a high-performing team, strengthen customer relationships, and drive business results within a defined branch territory.

Wages

Starting wage will depend on experience and education. $116,761 - $147,531

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

  • Lead, motivate, and develop a multi-functional team to achieve business goals

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and internal partners

  • Maximize financial performance and manage the branch profit & loss portfolio

  • Ensure strategic alignment through clear, consistent communication

  • Travel regularly to customer locations; coach and mentor sales team members

  • Promote safe work practices and uphold all company policies and values

  • Champion value selling and teach these concepts to your team and customers

  • Analyze competitive landscape and identify opportunities for improvement

  • Reinforce Quinn’s strategic plan, culture, and values locally

  • Identify and mentor high-potential employees

  • Oversee facility maintenance and ensure a professional branch image


What You Bring

  • Strong business acumen with experience managing P&L performance

  • Proven leadership skills in motivating, developing, and retaining teams

  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities

  • Strong planning, organizational, and sales skills

  • Ability to work effectively with people from diverse backgrounds

  • Solid understanding of the product support business

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required

  • College degree or 5 years of related industry experience

  • Minimum 5 years of industry experience

  • Management or supervisory experience required
