In this role, you will support sales operations by processing equipment orders, managing invoicing, coordinating warranty enrollments, and assisting regional sales teams. Your work ensures seamless transactions, accurate documentation, and excellent support for both internal teams and customers.

Wages

Starting wage will depend on experience and education. $23.00 – $27.00 per hour

Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept It:

  • Process Sales Invoices: Ensure all invoices for equipment sales are completed accurately and on time.
  • Submit Sales Documentation: Transmit sales records to Caterpillar following company and manufacturer requirements.
  • Manage Warranty Enrollment: Register equipment in the CAT system and DBS to ensure proper warranty coverage.
  • Process Accruals: Complete all sales‑related accruals promptly and accurately.
  • Prepare Financial Summaries: Create gross margin summary sheets for every sale.
  • Audit Post‑Sale Claims: Process and audit Caterpillar post‑sale claims for accuracy and completeness.
  • Handle Purchase Orders: Process purchase orders efficiently and maintain accurate records.
  • Support Regional Teams: Provide backup assistance to regional coordinators as needed to ensure seamless operations.

 

 

Qualifications

What You Need to Succeed:

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent from a two‑year college
  • 2–3 years of related industry experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment
  • Solid communication and teamwork abilities
