In this role, you’ll cover a designated territory, strengthen customer relationships, and leverage company-wide resources to deliver tailored solutions that increase sales and support customer success.

Wages

 

This position offers a base salary plus commission, with total annual compensation ranging from $75,000 to $100,000.

Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept It:

  • Sell Product Support Solutions: Perform the full sales function for parts including undercarriage, fluids, Ground Engaging Tools (GET), SOS services, and consumables.
  • Plan & Manage Territory: Achieve short‑ and long‑term sales goals through structured time management and detailed planning.
  • Develop Sales Forecasts: Create territory business plans and forecasts to guide strategic growth.
  • Maintain Territory Records: Document and maintain key customer information, such as lost sales, machine population, surveys, influencers, serial numbers, and hour meter readings.
  • Conduct Inspections: Perform scheduled undercarriage and machine inspections to assess customer needs and recommend solutions.
  • Collaborate Across Departments: Build strong working relationships with shop, parts, sales, rental, and other company personnel to ensure seamless customer support.

 

 

Qualifications

What You Need to Succeed:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Two years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong communication, planning, and relationship‑building skills
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and recommend effective solutions
  • Self‑motivated and organized with a customer-first mindset
