Wages

 

Starting wage will depend on experience and education.

Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept It:

  • Lead & Inspire Teams: Direct the Parts, Service, and Warranty departments with strong leadership, coaching, and training to uphold the highest standards.
  • Drive Performance: Plan and implement budgets, monitor financial performance, and execute action plans aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Champion Customer Excellence: Oversee customer service agreement programs and ensure customer satisfaction consistently meets or exceeds expectations.
  • Optimize Operations: Streamline workflows between branches to improve consistency, collaboration, and efficiency.
  • Support Inventory Strategy: Assist inventory control teams to maintain optimal stock levels and reduce lead times.
  • Manage Division Assets: Oversee tooling, equipment distribution, facility maintenance, and OEM program needs for the Lift Truck Division.
  • Build a High‑Performing Culture: Focus on motivation, engagement, recognition, and employee retention through strong people leadership.
  • Develop Teams: Conduct performance reviews, manage productivity, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.
  • Collaborate Across the Business: Partner with Parts and Service departments, business units, and leadership to improve overall company performance.
  • Communicate & Represent Quinn: Deliver clear reports and presentations while reinforcing Quinn’s organizational goals and values.
  • Partner with HR: Collaborate with the HR Business Partner on employee relations and workforce strategies.
  • Live the Quinn Values: Demonstrate Integrity, Teamwork, Respect for People, Quality, and Customer Service in all aspects of your role.

 

Qualifications

 

What You Need to Succeed:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (preferred).
  • 7–10 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and operational management skills.
  • Ability to perform all essential functions with reasonable accommodations as needed.
