• Drive Branch Performance: Lead a multi-functional team to maximize financial results, market share, and customer satisfaction within your branch territory.

Additional Duties & Responsibilities

• Teach and reinforce “value selling” strategies to both customers and internal teams.

• Identify opportunities for business improvement and lead initiatives to enhance company performance.
• Promote and reinforce Quinn’s strategic plan and core values.
• Serve as the local company leader for your branch territory.
• Identify, coach, and develop high‑potential employees for future growth.
• Manage facility appearance, maintenance, and overall branch image.

• Bachelor’s degree from a four‑year college or university
• Minimum of 5 years of industry experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Management or supervisory experience required
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship‑building skills
• Ability to manage financial performance and drive operational excellence
