This role oversees a designated sales territory and requires a strong understanding of machine sales operations, team development, planning, and innovation. You will guide sales teams, manage inventory and deliveries, develop market strategies, and support Quinn’s overall performance and culture.

Wages

Starting wage will depend on experience and education.

Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept It:

  • Lead Regional Sales Operations: Oversee all machine sales activities within your assigned territory to achieve financial and market share goals.
  • Manage Sales Teams: Provide direction, coaching, and support to subordinate supervisors and sales employees.
  • Drive Market Growth: Analyze territory trends, develop innovative sales strategies, and respond to changing market conditions.
  • Oversee Inventory & Deliveries: Manage inventory, availability, and delivery coordination to support customer needs and territory growth.
  • Develop Sales Staff: Ensure ongoing training and development of your sales team, including annual ride‑along customer calls with each Sales Representative.
  • Plan & Communicate: Support company goals through planning, forecasting, and strategic communication with leadership.
  • Model Quinn Values: Maintain the highest professional standards while fostering positive relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Participate in Company Leadership: Contribute to overall management processes and uphold Quinn’s performance‑driven culture.

Supervisory Responsibilities

  • Manage subordinate supervisors and Machine Sales team members
  • Interview, hire, and train employees
  • Plan, assign, and direct work activities
  • Conduct performance appraisals
  • Reward, discipline, and coach employees
  • Address complaints and resolve operational challenges

 

 

 

Qualifications

What You Need to Succeed:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a four‑year college or university
  • 5–6 years of related machine sales, leadership, or territory management experience
  • Strong sales leadership and business acumen
  • Demonstrated ability to grow markets and develop high‑performing teams
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to influence, collaborate, and lead across all levels
  • High professionalism and alignment with Quinn Company values
