The Machine Service Supervisor has responsibility for managing 20 or more technicians and coordinators while resolving daily service issues. This role schedules technician activities, monitors job progress, and ensures timely and complete repair execution. The supervisor works closely with the Service Manager and Service Coordinators as a key internal resource supporting customer needs.
The mission of the Machine Service Supervisor is to ensure efficient, safe, and high‑quality service operations through strong leadership, technician development, and effective resource management. This role supports exceptional customer satisfaction by delivering accurate estimates, timely repairs, and clear communication.
