Overview

We’re hiring a Temporary Rental Coordinator to support our team in Sylmar! This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

 

The Rental Coordinator rents and sells Caterpillar and allied equipment to maximize revenue while supporting the needs of current and prospective customers—from small tools and contractor supplies to large earthmoving and industrial equipment.

Wages

Starting wage for the Rental Coordinator will depend on experience and education. $19-$22

Responsibilities

Temporary Rental Coordinator (3–6 Month Assignment)
Location: Sylmar, CA
Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $19–$22/hour

What you’ll do:

  • Help customers rent equipment (from small tools to heavy machinery)

  • Answer calls, provide quotes, and process transactions

  • Coordinate equipment scheduling, check-in/check-out

  • Support daily counter and rental operations

You’ll be working in a fast-paced environment supporting both new and existing customers while helping drive rental activity.

 

What we’re looking for:

Qualifications

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
