Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

  • Diagnose and repair heavy equipment (Caterpillar and related)
  • Take apart and reassemble machines and components
  • Identify damaged parts and complete repairs
  • Use tools and diagnostic equipment safely and effectively
  • Follow instructions and communicate with your team
  • Keep your work area clean and safe

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience with heavy equipment, diesel, or mechanical work preferred
  • Entry-level candidates with technical training are welcome
  • Basic mechanical knowledge and problem-solving skills
  • Reliable with good attendance and punctuality
  • Willing to learn and grow
  • Able to work overtime when needed

Qualifications

One-year certificate or Associates degree from a community college or technical school; Two to four years mechanical experience or equivalent education and experience.
