Overview

We’re hiring a Rental Coordinator to support our team in Fresno! This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

 

The Rental Coordinator rents and sells Caterpillar and allied equipment to maximize revenue while supporting the needs of current and prospective customers—from small tools and contractor supplies to large earthmoving and industrial equipment.

Wages

Starting wage for the Rental Coordinator will depend on experience and education. $19.00-$22

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

We’re seeking a Rental Coordinator to support daily operations and provide excellent service to our customers.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Assist customers with renting equipment (from small tools to heavy machinery)
  • Answer incoming calls, provide quotes, and process rental transactions
  • Coordinate equipment scheduling, including check-in and check-out
  • Support front counter operations and overall rental activity

What You Bring:

  • Customer service experience (rental, retail, or similar experience is a plus)
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
