The Used Equipment Manager manages the efficient operations of used equipment sales by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate employees.
Wages
The Used Equipment Manager 's starting wage will depend on experience and education. $105,406 - $130,865
Responsibilities
The Used Equipment Manager's essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
•Manages the activities of department sales and administrative staff.
•Manages department sales goals.
•Manages department budget.
•Coordinates marketing programs.
•Supports customer satisfaction.
•Oversees department employee training
Supervisory Responsibilities
Directly supervises 2 to 3 employees in the Used Machine Sales Department. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Qualifications
One year certificate from college or technical school and two to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
