Warehouse Worker – Temporary - Hire Position (3–6 Months) | 4:00 AM Shift Start Time

Start your day early and gain valuable experience with Quinn Company. We’re looking for dependable, hardworking team members to support warehouse operations during a busy period. This is a temporary -hire opportunity 3 - 6 months. 

Wages

The Warehouse Worker's starting wage will depend on experience and education. $18-$19

Responsibilities

This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, fast-paced environments, and being part of a strong team culture. The 4:00 AM start time is ideal for candidates who like getting an early start to their day and finishing earlier in the afternoon.

What You’ll Do

  • Pull, stage, and prepare customer and shop orders accurately and efficiently
  • Receive, sort, stock, and organize incoming inventory and materials
  • Move materials throughout the warehouse using proper equipment and procedures
  • Maintain accurate inventory counts, bin locations, and warehouse records
  • Assemble and palletize orders for shipping or customer pickup
  • Support shipping, receiving, and will-call operations
  • Label and identify parts and materials correctly
  • Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized at all times
  • Assist customers and internal departments with professionalism and urgency
  • Safely operate warehouse equipment and company vehicles as needed

What We’re Looking For

  • Reliable attendance and ability to consistently work a 4:00 AM shift
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move materials in a warehouse environment
  • Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, inventory, or forklift experience is a plus
  • Basic computer and inventory system knowledge preferred
  • Commitment to workplace safety and customer service

Qualifications

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
