The Digital & Equipment Management Solutions (EMS) Coordinator supports and coordinates activities within the Equipment Management Solutions program. This position serves as a key internal resource responsible for the effective deployment, activation, billing, and ongoing support of EMS and related digital technologies across Quinn Company. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams, customers, and vendors to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of digital asset data.
Wages
The starting wage will depend on experience and education.
$21.30- $26.01
Responsibilities
Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
• Support Equipment Management Solutions (EMS) operations across the organization.
• Coordinate and schedule Product Link installations with Service Departments.
• Register, deregister, and maintain Product Link hardware and installation records.
• Support eCommerce and VisionLink registrations using the Caterpillar Customer Admin Tool.
• Provide internal, vendor, and customer support related to EMS and other digital tools.
• Ensure customer access to equipment assets and information is accurate and consistent across all digital platforms.
• Create, manage, and maintain VisionLink user accounts, including access credentials.
• Resolve Caterpillar Customer ID conflicts in coordination with other Caterpillar dealers.
• Represent Quinn Company professionally while reinforcing company values and Caterpillar standards.
• Comply with all company safety policies and procedures at all times.
• Maintain flexibility to support business-related travel and overtime, as required.
Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two-year college degree or certificate (AA or AS) preferred; or
• Minimum of three (3) years of related industry or technical experience.
