in City of Industry, California.

The Fleet Coordinator supports Quinn Company’s fleet operations by managing insurance documentation, claims, DMV/title records, telematics, and regulatory reporting. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable coordinating across multiple departments, customers, and vendors.

Wages

The starting wage will depend on experience and education. $29.10 - $34.44

 

 

 

Responsibilities

  • Review and track Certificates of Insurance (COIs) and follow up on missing, expired, or noncompliant documentation.
  • Coordinate documentation for equipment damage, loss, theft, and fleet-related claims.
  • Process and track DMV registrations, renewals, titles, permits, Certificates of Origin (COOs), and MSOs.
  • Maintain accurate fleet and ownership records and resolve routine VIN, title, and registration discrepancies.
  • Track and maintain telematics/connected-asset devices, including device assignments, installations, transfers, and connectivity issues.
  • Prepare and maintain required emissions and regulatory reports.
  • Maintain reports and follow up on outstanding claims, COIs, DMV transactions, renewals, and fleet documentation.
  • Partner with internal departments, branches, customers, vendors, insurers, and DMV personnel to resolve routine issues.
  • Escalate insurance exceptions, legal matters, high-value claims, or other issues outside established authority.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree or related coursework preferred.
  • 2+ years of administrative experience involving fleet operations, insurance, claims, DMV/title processing, records management, compliance, or similar experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable managing multiple deadlines and open items.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, databases, and electronic tracking systems.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information and work effectively across multiple departments.
